Carol Brown has twenty years teaching experience in higher education at IWU, IU, IUPUI, BSU, the Art Institute, and Ivy Tech. Brown serves as the Associate Dean of Life Calling and Career Development and directs the Lilly Endowment initiatives for the IWU campus. Her work puts IWU students in positions with employers throughout Indiana and beyond. Ms. Brown has guided students in professional development, presentation skills, interviewing, resume writing, and eportfolio creation in a number of various majors. Carol’s published research includes Teaching Strategies for Universal Design Education conducted at Ball State University. Brown is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Career Development Professionals Institute (CDPI), Indiana Student Affairs Association (ISAA), Association of Christians in Student Development professionals (ACSD), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).Brown is also a registered Interior Designer with a specialty in retail store design and designing for the aging and disabled.

Tiffany Snyder is the Director of Career Development at Indiana Wesleyan University and specializes in career and internship programming. Tiffany enjoys researching and presenting on career readiness, foundations of leadership, intern engagement, Strengths Finder, assessment strategy, and topics related to positive and educational psychology.
In Spring 2015, Tiffany completed a Master of Arts degree in Student Development Counseling and Administration while serving as an Internship Coordinator and Life Calling instructor for Life Calling and Career at IWU. For her undergraduate education, Tiffany attended IWU and graduated in Spring 2013 with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Leadership.
Currently, Tiffany is a member of the National Career Development Association (NACE), Association for Christians in Student Development (ACSD), Northeast Indiana Career Enrichment (NICE), Consortium of Northern Indiana Colleges (CONIC), and Indiana Student Affairs Association (ISAA), and is certified in Strengths Finder and Intrinsic Motivation Assessment Guide and Evaluation (IMAGE).

Nate is the Internship Coordinator at Indiana Wesleyan University. He has been working with college students professionally for 10 years and spent 9+ years in the residence hall as a Resident Director. Six of those years were here at IWU in South Hall West. In his role as Internship Coordinator, Nate oversees the Accelerate Indiana Internship Program which places students in paid internships at startups in Indiana.
Nate received his Masters in Education: College Student Affairs from Azusa Pacific University in 2011. He spent time at Greenville College in Illinois as a Resident Director which was the same school he did his undergraduate education. There he majored in Business and Communication and spent time involved in Student Government, Residence Life, and the college radio station.
Nate lives in Marion with his wife Mandy and son Judah. They are expecting their second child mid-February. They got married in 2013 after meeting at a professional conference where they used their networks to meet and began dating shortly afterward. Nate is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
